The Allentons are an eight-piece band out of Los Angeles, and are a product of this Ska music’s resurgence. Their repertoire is made up of a lively and interesting mixture of Ska, Rocksteady, and Reggae, heavily influenced by Latin, Jazz, and Middle Eastern music. The groove is so enchanting that you feel compelled to dance. The band originated in 1995 by its original members Tommy Farias, Robert Sotelo, and Lee Zambrana. They have been the core of the band since it’s inception. Within the last 4 years, the band has experienced a surge of new musicians.
